When a job calls for a permit or a licensed trade, Modra pulls the proper permits through our licensed builder and brings in a network of licensed, insured professionals — so it's done to code, and always to the Modra standard.

How does billing work?

Care plans start with a 3-month minimum, then run month-to-month — cancel with 30 days’ notice after that. The first visit is quoted a bit higher than the regular rate because we bring the property up to a clean, maintained baseline before the plan takes over; the same goes for first-time services like roof or gutter cleaning. À-la-carte work is billed when delivered, and we always send a clear quote before anything begins.
